I’ve been working on a food podcast for my fabulous email subscribers: it’s a foolproof play-by-play (of how to make “George Swoony Eggs”) that you can put on your iPod and take to your stove.  These eggs are truly scrumptious, so if George Clooney ever does sit his fine tush at your kitchen table, don’t forget to thank mamma.  ;)

I’m still recovering from the swooniness of it all, so today’s post is short.  And visual.  No Clooney, but I hope it makes your eyes happy anyway.  These photos remind me how much fun it is to catch yourself thinking visually.  Training yourself to think visually, by “framing” the world the way a camera does, is a wonderful creativity exercise.

I took the second one this past Christmas:

And this one last fall.  We were hiking, and it struck me how similar these arches looked to Roman ones.  There truly are no new ideas; nature has done it all before…

P.S.  I’ll be on blogtalk radio tomorrow discussing my healthy dining guide, Healthy Eats Here! If you have any questions you’d like me to answer about choosing real food that’s raised right when you’re dining out, please leave them in the comments section — or follow me on Twitter and ask me there.  (The twitter follow button is in the left column.)  See you there!
