Changes afoot…

by Holly Hickman on 05/03/2010

UPDATE — I’m in Europe looking at new restaurants for my guide.  In the meantime, please take a listen to my interview with the fine Jimmy Moore: http://www.thelivinlowcarbshow.com/shownotes/2047/bloggeranza-week-holly-hickman-episode/

Greetings!

I’ve received some kind emails inquiring as to my well being, so this is just a quick update to let you know that all is fine — great, even! — and that circumstances are compelling me to take a wee hiatus from this blog.  When I get back in a few weeks, I’ll have some good news to share with you.

Keep sucking that marrow out of life…

Warmly,

Holly

Where: Cumberland, MD

Why: Business, antiquing and getting crabby

And I ate that wearing all white. CLICK HERE FOR PIX, THE RECIPE AND GLIMPSE AT WHAT MRS. BEAVER MIGHT HAVE CHOSEN HAD SHE VISITED CUMBERLAND.

My friend’s success curve is pretty staggering — despite an economy that’s been wheezing on the ventilator, he has been able to leave a soul-killing job and build up a steady, loyal, lucrative clientele over the past year. I recently asked him how he did it. You might be surprised to hear his answer.
